Got an MC-…CARGO tracking number?
TransRoute Global tracking numbers look like MC-########CARGO. The tracking page always shows the parcel moving, but no real carrier will recognise the number. Seeing progress on that page doesn't mean anything has been shipped.

TransRoute Global red flags
- 🚩 transrouteglobals.com was registered on 27 Sep 2026 (registrar Spaceship), five weeks before it "shipped" a Kaizenko order. Yet it claims "48K+ shipments delivered worldwide every year".
- 🚩 transrouteglobal.com (no "s") was registered on 10 Sep 2026 at Hostinger and is parked. It was last changed on 27 Sep 2026, about 90 minutes after transrouteglobals.com was registered.
- 🚩 It claims a Singapore head office but gives a US WhatsApp number.
- 🚩 Its shipment invoice shows a placeholder registration number,
RC/DLA/2019/B/1234. - 🚩 It accepts payment by cash, bank transfer or crypto. Real couriers bill through the sender or by card.
- 🚩 Its tracking page shows a "Tokyo" origin for a seller that says it's in Saitama, and a "shipped" date one day before the receipt was issued. The "Country" field holds a postcode instead of a country.
- 🚩 Anyone with the tracking link can see the buyer's full name, home address, phone and email.

The "customs" or "clearance" fee
Fake courier sites usually follow the same script. The parcel shows as "in transit" or "out for delivery". Then it gets "held at customs", and you're asked for a clearance, insurance or delivery fee before release. Paying gets you another fee, not a parcel.
Don't pay. A real courier won't hold a parcel for a fee paid by crypto, bank transfer or cash to a WhatsApp contact.
What to do
- Stop paying Kaizenko Distribution and TransRoute Global.
- Contact Wise or your bank straight away and report the payment as a scam.
- Report the domain to its registrar: abuse@spaceship.com (for transrouteglobals.com).
- File a report with your national fraud agency, e.g. CICC (Philippines), FTC (US), Scamwatch (AU), Action Fraud (UK).
